The nature of the project is the carrying out of reactive maintenance and disabled adaptation works potentially covering brickwork, concrete, decoration, electrical, external, glazing, joinery, plastering, plumbing, roofing and general maintenance works. All submissions must be received through this portal. All queries must be directed via this portal. Tender closes 12 noon 20 December 2021. No late submissions will be accepted.

Options: The contract will be for an initial period of 2 years with two options to extend for a 1 year period giving a total possible maximum duration of 4 years (i.e 2+1+1)
Renewal: Initial term is 24 months with the optional extension 2 x 12 months
