Notice Description
The system is a case management system for the OH department to automate some of the administrative functions, it has different modules for different functions e.g. management referral and recruitment module which support a fully auditable process and provides meaningful service use data.

40 Health Cloud licences, 1 HR interface and professional support to include installation, project management, consultancy and training. Additional information: This is a contract award.
Procurement Information
The initial proposal was to purchase Cohort version 10 through the Crown Commercial Service G Cloud framework. However, version 10 on the framework will not be available after 2021 and and the company has developed Health Cloud. The rationale for going straight to Health Cloud is that it will only be one building of the system and not require an immediate upgrade which buying a version that is about to be superseded would require.
