Outdoor Play and Sports Facilities Framework
Notice Description
This framework will provide councils and other participating bodies with a mechanism to procure a range of works, goods and services, including the design, supply, installation, inspection, maintenance, repair and refurbishment of outdoor play and sports facilities which include, but are not limited to, outdoor play parks, outdoor gym parks, outdoor learning areas, multi-use games areas, wheeled sports areas and artificial surfaces. Lot Information
Supply and Installation of Outdoor Play Areas
The scope of this lot is for supply and installation of outdoor play areas which will include outdoor play parks, outdoor gym parks and outdoor learning areas. Whilst this is a national framework for Scotland, within the Procurement Documents Tenderers are able to select which geographical areas (by local authority area) they are able to service. Additional information: Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in Regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015. Options: The Framework Contract will run from 1 August 2022 until 31 July 2024 with the option to extend for up to a further two twelve month periods until 31 July 2026
Design, Supply and Installation of Multi-Use Games AreasThe scope of this lot is for design, supply and installation of multi-use games areas. Whilst this is a national framework for Scotland, within the Procurement Documents, Tenderers are able to select which geographical areas (by local authority area) they are able to service. Design, Supply and Installation of Wheeled Sports AreasThe scope of this lot is for design, supply and installation of wheeled sports areas for use by a variety of wheeled sports including, but not limited to, skateboards, micro scooters, BMX and inline skates. Whilst this is a national framework for Scotland, within the Procurement Documents, Tenderers are able to select which geographical areas (by local authority area) they are able to service. Additional information: Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in Regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015. Whilst this is a national framework for Scotland, within the Procurement Documents, Tenderers are able to select which geographical areas (by local authority area) they are able to service. Additional information: Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in Regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015. Whilst this is a national framework for Scotland, within the Procurement Documents, Tenderers are able to offer on a defined 'region' basis, within which they may offer on a defined 'region' basis, within which they may select which geographical areas (by local authority area) they are able to service. Annual InspectionThe scope of this lot is for primarily annual inspection of outdoor play parks however may also include other inspections for outdoor play areas, outdoor gym areas, outdoor learning areas and Multi-Use Games Areas.
