A Digital Document Solutions framework that compliantly allows for both innovation of products within the lifetime of the framework and a comprehensive direct award mechanism for all framework providers.

Lot 1
The scope of this framework agreement includes but is not limited to all digital document solutions plus any associated hardware or software.This can be summarised as follows: Internal Print, External Print, Digital Mail Room, Scanning, Document Storage , Electronic Document Record Management Solutions (EDRMS), Digital Dictation, Workflow Processes, Contract Centre.The framework agreement will allow for further competition and direct award to all awarded suppliers. In order to facilitate direct award, this framework will require the submission of national list pricing that will be published in a catalogue to all potential Drawdown authorities in full and unrestricted.

This VEAT Notice is issued under Regulation 72.1C - an administrative oversight the Housing Associations in Scotland, Wales and Northern Island are devolved responsibilities. It was our intension to allow these access to the framework and they are now added if listed on: https://gov.wales/registered-social-landlords https://www.housingregulator.gov.scot/ https://www.nidirect.gov.uk/contacts/housing-associations This modification does not alter the overall nature of the contract; or increase in price does not exceed 50% of the value of the original contract .
