Plymouth Community Homes (hereafter PCH or employer) are seeking bids from suitably qualified and highly experienced contractors for the provision reactive maintenance and voids works and services to PCH properties in order to supplement our in-house capacity. PCH expects to setup a framework contract for these works and services , appointing a number of contractors for each lot of the framework.
