Emergency demolition in hoursThe scope of the work is of all project values to provide an emergency response service during working hours only. Works will include but is not exclusive to: * Full or partial dismantlement of buildings or structures using mechanical or hand demolition techniques. * Temporary structural support to building elements (Via 3rd party contractor is necessary) * Reinstatement of building elements if demolition is not a feasible option. (Via 3rd party contractor is necessary) * To provide site security (via 3rd party contractors if necessary) * To provide heras type fencing. * To secure buildings to prevent access to dangerous buildings. * To sample and remove asbestos.
Demolition enabling and emergency security works 24hrsThe scope of the work is of all project values to provide a planned and 24hr emergency response service during working hours only. Works will include but is not exclusive to: 1. Provide during and out-of-working hours emergency response including: * To secure buildings which have been opened to unauthorised access. * To provide heras type fencing. * To provide site security (via 3rd party contractors if necessary) * To remove or secure minor hazardous building elements, which pose a threat to public safety, for example but not limited to: Loose tiles and slates Shards of glass hanging from window frames Loose guttering or downpipes 2. Provide demolition enabling works during working hours including: * To clear building of chattels and fittings as required * To secure buildings to restrict unauthorised access * To provide access for surveys and inspections * To re-secure buildings which have been opened to unauthorised access * To remove hazardous building elements which pose a threat to public safety
