The intended Procurement will be for a two stage ECI appointment using the NEC4 suite of contracts as follows:- o Phase 1 would be a PSC4 main Option E for the carrying out of ECI advice and input services. This would apply during the design development stage of the road scheme and would allow the design to develop with contractor and specialist delivery related input; and o Phase 2 an ECC4 main Option C (Target Cost) for the construction works themselves with an associated "Pain/Gain" share mechanism. The provisional date for the release of the contract notice is April/May 2022
