Summary of the contracting process

The City of London Corporation is currently seeking suppliers for its Grants Management System, which will operate as Software as a Service (SaaS). This procurement process is in the Tender stage and follows an open procedure. The estimated value of the contract is £850,000, and it has a duration of 48 months, with a potential extension of up to 36 months. Interested parties must submit their proposals electronically by 12:00 on 17 May 2022, via the City’s e-procurement portal, Capitalesourcing.

This tender presents a substantial opportunity for businesses specialising in software development and SaaS solutions, particularly those with experience in grants management systems. Companies that can demonstrate compatibility with existing IT infrastructure and adhere to the City of London's requirements would be well-suited to compete. With the City Bridge Trust being a key entity in this process, organisations with a history of managing similar grants or social investment systems could have a competitive advantage in this procurement.
