NICTS are seeking to establish a contract to provide IT support for systems used by the Court Funds Office (CFO), namely Microsoft NAV and Microsoft CRM. These are off the shelf applications with some bespoke elements, initially implemented in 2016. The scope of this procurement is for the Contractor to undertake the support and maintenance of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2015 (customised) and Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2016 (customised) and the associated syncs and web services used by CFO.

NICTS are seeking to establish a contract to provide IT support for systems used by the Court Funds Office (CFO), namely Microsoft NAV and Microsoft CRM. These are off the shelf applications with some bespoke elements, initially implemented in 2016. The scope of this procurement is for the Contractor to undertake the support and maintenance of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2015 (customised) and Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2016 (customised) and the associated syncs and web services used by CFO. Additional information: The value of this contract will be in the range of PS103,000 to PS138,600.

Options: After the initial contract period of 22 Months there will be an options to extend the contract for a further two periods of one year each. 22months +1+1

Renewal: This contract will be potentially be due to be re-procured after initial contract period or following any extension period
