Options: The duration of the contract will be ten (10) years with the option for the term to be extended at the Authority's discretion by up to a further ten (10) years, made up of two (2) x five (5) year periods. Options may include support and resources on an optional basis where requested by the Authority to support it in enhancing or further developing the applications and services delivered by the Solution. Further details are in Schedule 2.1 of the procurement documents.
Renewal: At its sole discretion, the Authority may elect to extend the Contract by up to a further ten (10) years, made up of two (2) x five (5) year periods.
