Notice Description
Kingston upon Hull City Council (the Authority) has conducted this procurement following the establishment of its Learning & Training (DPS). Further Competition was issued to those Service Providers who have been accepted on to the DPS for the category into which this procurement falls. The scope of this project is to seek one or more service providers across several Lots, utilising Category 4 to deliver specialist technical Skills Bootcamp. The value of all lots is PS1,904,500 and will run from 01 April 2025 to 31 March 2026.

LEARNING AND TRAINING DPS - STANDARD SELECTION QUESTIONNAIRE
Organisations accepted on to the DPS will be invited (via categories) to Further competitions throughout the lifetime of the DPS. Suppliers will bid against individual training requirements. The evaluation will be based on which proposal best meets the needs and shall utilise a Quality/Price evaluation criteria to select the successful Supplier. Additional information: Please Note - This is not an actual Lot, but this information has been dragged from the DPS Portal and can not be removed. See below all Lot Information (Lots 1 -18).
Lot 35 - Electrical MaintenanceHull City Council (The Authority) is seeking tenders from interested organisations to provide Skills Bootcamps for multiple lots. The tender is a further competition consisting of a one stage process. The contract is anticipated to commence 1st September 2025 ending by 31st March 2026. The Authority has estimated the value of the Services to be a total of PS200,000.
Lot 36 - Introduction to Fabrication and WeldingHull City Council (The Authority) is seeking tenders from interested organisations to provide Skills Bootcamps for multiple lots. The tender is a further competition consisting of a one stage process. The contract is anticipated to commence 1st August 2025 ending by 31st March 2026. The Authority has estimated the value of the Services to be a total of PS200,000.
Options: Option to extend up to 2x 24 month period(s).

The tender was a further competition consisting of a one stage process. The contract is anticipated to commence 15th April 2024 ending by 31st March 2025. The Authority has estimated the value of the Services to be a total of PS1,967,132.80.
Lot 10 - Fibre EngineersThis Lot is for a Service Provider to provide Fibre Engineering Skills Bootcamp this shall include several accredited qualifications and technical training allowing attendees to acquire the skills, knowledge, and technical ability to progress into jobs with any organisations involved in fibre optic roll-out.
