The provider will ensure a quality, customer service level and will ensure the system and its operators are fully supported. This project may be funded by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) or; - European Structural and Investment Fund (ESIF) or; - Research Councils UK (RCUK), the strategic partnership of the UK's seven Research Councils.",

This will include software updates, preventative solutions to mitigate issues and ensure performance. 4) Parts and Corrective Maintenance; i. Parts will be included within the service contract. ii. Reactive maintenance for on-site repairs. iii. On site attendance within 48 hours. 5) Guarantee for Uptime above 95% threshold during a 12-month period The maintenance/support required needs to include: - tuning and/or replacement of faulty SQUID sensors - maintenance of electronics rack - maintenance of dewar (warmup and vacuum pumping) - maintenance of He recycler - maintenance of peripherals including participants support ('chair') - maintenance of MSR",
