Conwy County Borough Council use an existing asset management system supplier, Symology Ltd, and now wish to migrate the existing locally hosted Insight Asset Management System, to an external hosted environment on a managed service. There is no change in systems, only a change to where the existing system is stored and how it is accessed and managed.
Procurement Information
Symology Ltd already provide the Authority with full support and maintenance of the Authority's Insight Asset Management System, its associated licences and support contract. A new contract is being awarded without prior publication due to the service being migrated from the existing locally hosted system to an external hosted environment on a managed service.
