The works will include the delivery of Responsive Repairs and Void Refurbishments, to properties owned and managed by Hastoe Housing Association within this geographic region. The successful Contractor shall deliver a high-quality service offering value for money to residents and also provide and secure continuous improvements across all of the works.
Renewal: The Contract will be a 4-year initial term with the option to extend by a further 2 years.
