Notice Description
The pan-London maintenance services contract will provide a cleaning, graffiti removal and publicity posting for Transport for London Bus Stops and Shelters. The service includes the following: 1. Cyclical cleaning of assets; 2. Ad-hoc removal of graffiti and fly-posters 3. Ad-hoc cleaning of assets; 4. Printing and Posting of publicity materials; 5. Supply and fitting of timetable fixtures; 6. Safety Inspections; and 7. Ad-hoc reactive night bus cleaning.
Lot Information
Mechanical
The maintenance services are to be performed to TfL assets which consists of approximately 12150 bus shelters and 20,000 bus stops on a planned and reactive basis. The services are inclusive of but not limited to the following: 1. Cyclical cleaning of assets; 2. Ad-hoc removal of graffiti and fly-posters 3. Ad-hoc cleaning of assets; 4. Printing and Posting of publicity materials; 5. Supply and fitting of timetable fixtures; 6. Safety Inspections; and 7. Ad-hoc reactive night bus cleaning.
Options: The contract is for five (5) initial years with the option to extend for a further three (3) years at the Authority's discretion.
Renewal: as per the contract terms
Electricalprovision of reactive and planned maintenance services across electrical assets in London Underground over 5 years and the delivery of additional works
Options: Operational 2 year extension
