T1617 - Framework for the Provision of a Furniture Collection, Storage and Delivery Service
Notice Description
The Housing Executive requires Contractor(s) for the provision a Furniture Collection, Storage and Delivery Service as described in the Specification and in accordance with the Housing Executive's Conditions of Contract included with the tender documents. The Service in terms of collection, storage and delivery is restricted geographically to within Northern Ireland. The Framework Agreement will be divided into three (3) Lots: a) Lot One - Belfast Region b) Lot Two - North Region c) Lot Three - South Region. Tenderers may bid for one, two or all three Lots.
Lot Information
Lot 1 - Belfast Region
The Housing Executive requires Contractor(s) for the provision a Furniture Collection, Storage and Delivery Service as described in the Specification and in accordance with the Housing Executive's Conditions of Contract included with the tender documents. The Service in terms of collection, storage and delivery is restricted geographically to within Northern Ireland. The Framework Agreement will be divided into three (3) Lots: a) Lot One - Belfast Region b) Lot Two - North Region c) Lot Three - South Region. Tenderers may bid for one, two or all three Lots. Additional information: The Northern Ireland Housing Executive have awarded the Framework Agreement for Lot One - Belfast Region as follows:1st Place - Coastways Storage and Removals Ltd; 2nd Place - Swift Shift Removals Ltd; 3rd Place - Browns Removal and Storage Ltd; 4th Place - Derrys Limited.
Options: The Framework Agreement shall commence on the 01 February 2023 for a duration of 24 months, 01 February 2023 - 31 January 2025. The Housing Executive has an option, entirely at the Housing Executive's discretion, to extend the Framework Agreement for any period or periods up to and including 24 Months.
Renewal: The Housing Executive can invite the Contractor(s) to agree to extend their place on the Framework Agreement for any period up to and including 24 months commencing from the Initial Contract Period Expiry Date. This offer to extend the Framework Agreement is entirely at the discretion of the Housing Executive.
