Planned preventative maintenance, emergency out-of-hours service programme, system monitoring and a cleaning service (external & internal glazing and entrance mats) for North Kesteven District Council.

Lot 1
North Kesteven District Council requires a single Supplier to undertake a planned preventative maintenance, emergency out-of-hours service programme, system monitoring and a cleaning service (external & internal glazing and entrance mats). The programme is mainly at the Main offices on Kesteven Street, Sleaford, The Hub at Eastgate, Sleaford and at the Depot on Scoley Court, Metheringham. However, other named properties are also included within the requirements for servicing and maintenance. The contract is to start on 1 April 2023 and initially will be for the Main Council Offices at Sleaford including the Associated named properties and the HUB. The servicing and maintenance at Depot in Metheringham will be included from 12 September 2023. Eslaforde Gardens, Sleaford Telecare servicing will be included from 1 June 2023.
Renewal: Extension available of up to 24 months
