The Client wishes to acquire a Sports Competition and Results Tracking System that will provide access to Sport NI in order to: * Provide a comprehensive and up to date data base and search facility of competition and results that can be used to analyse the performances of Northern Ireland athletes and teams at the competitions detailed in Annex 1. * Provide a service desk facility for day-to-day support; and * Provide online training and training documentation for staff in the use of the proposed solution. This will enable access to a comprehensive database of sports competition performance results that are relevant to Sport NI and access to analytical tools that enable Client staff to deliver services such as results monitoring and benchmarking, predictive analysis, and reporting. This contract will run for an initial period of two years plus two optional extension periods of up to twelve months each.
