The contract will comprise maintenance of the grounds at developments owned and managed by Bield Housing and Care in accordance with the Standard Work Specifications for summer and winter works

Area 1 West Coast
Maintenance of the grounds at developments owned by Bield Housing and Care in accordance with the Standard Work Specifications for summer and winter works.
Renewal: There will be the option to extend by up to a further 24 months in total. The decision on whether to apply any extension options will be based on a number of factors including contractor performance and budget position at the time.
Area 2 Central WestMaintenance of the grounds at developments owned by Bield Housing and Care in accordance with the Standard Work Specifications for summer and winter works.
