    "description": "The Framework will be open for use by the following organisations: Birmingham City Council, City of Wolverhampton Council, Coventry City Council, Dudley Metropolitan Borough Council, Walsall Metropolitan Borough Council, Solihull Metropolitan Borough Council, Cannock Chase District Council, North Warwickshire Borough Council, Nuneaton and Bedworth Borough Council, Redditch Borough Council, Rugby Borough Council, Shropshire Council, Strafford-on-Avon Borough Council, Telford and Wrekin Council, Warwickshire County Council, Black Country LEP, Coventry and Warwickshire LEP and Greater Birmingham and Solihull LEP. Education establishments in the above mentioned WMCA region, maintained by the Department for Education including schools, universities and colleges but not independent schools. Registered Social Landlords (Housing Associations) and Third Sector and Charities in the above mentioned WMCA region.Central Government Departments, Local Government and Public Corporations within the above mentioned WMCA region that can be accessed at the Public-Sector Classification Guide.
