The Client required installation and migration to a Case Management Solution that provides a robust and flexible case management system that will support the effective and efficient management of service user information.
Options: This contract commenced on 9 January 2019 for an initial period of seven 7 years, this is to include a one 1 year implementation period followed by six 6 years following Service Commencement Go Live. There are also three 3 optional extension periods of one 1 year each.
Procurement Information
Additional services have been required due to legislative updates and moving to a new corporate records management solution which highlighted complexities therefore the Authority will be relying on Regulation 72(1)(c) as the need for the change could not have been foreseen by a "diligent" Department and the changes do not affect the overall nature of the contract or exceed 50% of the value of the original contract.
