Notice Description

Ofcom has run a procurement process under the Open procedure to identify a suitably qualified supplier for the provision of Broadcast Content Recording Managed Service. The contract is expected to commence on 24 April 2023. The duration of the Contract is three (3) years, subject to the right of Ofcom (at its sole discretion) to exercise its right to extend the Contract by up to two (2) years. The maximum length of the Contract is therefore five (5) years.
