Periodic Fixed Wiring Inspections Area 1 West
The contract will comprise periodic inspection and testing of fixed electrical installations in Bield's tenanted properties and common areas. 100% of the installation (flats and common areas) shall be subject to detailed inspection and testing.
Renewal: There will be the option to extend by up to a further 24 months in total. The decision on whether to apply any extension options will be based on a number of factors including contractor performance and budget position at the time.
