Lot Information

Lot 1

A robust and secure Information Management System (IMS) with 'real-time' information for the safe and effective operation of the Lifeline Crisis Response Service

Procurement Information

During 2021 significant security concerns with the existing CIMS were identified and it was agreed that a move to a MS Dynamics system was essential. A Direct Award Contract - ref DAC9980 - was approved to address urgent operational and security issues and to update the system as well as secure support arrangements for the existing CIMS for a further two year period until the new IM solution was implemented. Work has been continuing since August 2021 to move the existing CIMS over to a more secure Dynamics 365 platform whilst retaining full operational integrity. The current provider has identified significant cost increases that exceed the limit pf the previous Direct Award Contract and a further award is required to complete the work as a matter of priority
