The scope of this Framework Agreement is to procure Support and Advisory Services across Human Resources, Organisational Development and Learning and Business Management. The main objective of the Framework is to provide a professional resource which can be flexibly deployed across the full remit of services provided by EA's HR and Corporate Services Directorate. The scope of this Framework Agreement is to procure Support and Advisory Services across Human Resources, Organisational Development and Learning and Business Management. The main objective of the Framework is to provide a professional resource which can be flexibly deployed across the full remit of services provided by EA's HR and Corporate Services Directorate.
