The provision of High Court enforcement services (the collection of outstanding water debt).
Lot Information
Lot 1
The appointment of a panel of High Court Enforcement Officers to collect outstanding water debt as follows: (i) Applying for County Court Judgments to be transferred to the High Court. This is called the Transfer Up Process, (TUP). If successful, the court issues a writ of control and (ii) Enforcement. This is "enforcing the writ of control", i.e., collecting the debt
Options: 4 12 month extension options
Renewal: There will be 4, 12 month extension options
