Provision of Holiday Activity and Food Programme
Notice Description
Blackpool Council is seeking to put in place longer term arrangements with Providers of Holiday Activity and Food (HAF) schemes for benefits-eligible free school meal children, aged 4-16, who are in school, and other vulnerable children, aged 4-16, as defined by the Authority. The Council are therefore conducting a Flexible Framework under the light touch tender regime that will run as a "Framework" for the duration of the Contract. This Framework is being created to purchase places and schemes to create a consortium of Providers that meet the Department for Education (DfE) and Blackpool Councils' requirements for the HAF Programme.
