Notice Description
Leicester City Council invites Tenders for the provision of PAN2832- Minor Works Framework Contract 2023. The proposed Contract will operate as a framework agreement for two years with an option to extend for a period or periods totalling no more than 24 months. The maximum framework term will be four years. Any extension will be subject to performance and at the sole discretion of the Authority (client/ employer). The Framework is split into two Lots. The following number of Contractors will be appointed to the Framework: - - up to four Suppliers to Lot 1 - Provision of qualified staff and equipment -up to three Suppliers to Lot 2 - Measured works

Lot 1 - Provision of qualified staff and equipment
Lot 1 - Provision of qualified staff and equipment, additional qualified resources to supplement /top up the operation of his directly employed workforce.
Options: The proposed Contract will operate as a framework agreement for two years with an option to extend for a period or periods totalling no more than 24 months.
Renewal: The proposed Contract will operate as a framework agreement for two years with an option to extend for a period or periods totalling no more than 24 months.
Lot 2 - Measured worksLot 2 - Measured works, labour (people), plant (equipment), materials and subcontractors to deliver highway repairs and maintenance works e.g. carriageway and footway patching repairs, replacement of damaged paving slabs, kerbs, street furniture, and others.
Options: The proposed Contract will operate as a framework agreement for two years with an option to extend for a period or periods totalling no more than 24 months.
Renewal: The proposed Contract will operate as a framework agreement for two years with an option to extend for a period or periods totalling no more than 24 months.
