Renewal: The contract will be for an initial 4 year period with a possible 3 year extension (to a maximum of 7 years) at the Clients Discretion and subject to satisfactory quality and cost performance. The decision on the renewal will be notified to the Contractor prior to the expiry of the initial 4 year term
