Notice Description
Leicestershire County Council ('the Council') is preparing to re-procure its Reactive Maintenance works frameworks which are due to expire in 2023. The Council would like to consult the market prior to tender being issued. It is currently anticipated that the tender will be advertised in summer 2023. Soft Market Test questionnaires can be accessed and response submitted via the above portal by 12 noon on Monday, 3rd April 2023 Estimated value at II.1.5 - The Estimated total value is indicative only and subject to change / confirmation at contract notice stage. It is to include framework's full term including extensions. This is not a call for competition

This market test exercise is to allow the Council to seeking information from the industry to help determine the best approach for re-procurement of Reactive Maintenance works frameworks Currently, the frameworks allow award of contracts for reactive works, mainly of small value for: Air Conditioning Drainage Mechanical/plumbing (including domestic & commercial gas) Electrical General Building Roofing For a further breakdown, please access the questionnaire via the eastmidstenders portal. At this stage, this is a soft market test only and NOT A CALL FOR COMPETITION Date at II.3. Estimated date of publication of contract notice is indicative only and may change.
