Notice Description
This framework set out to cover a range of frequently required services such as the supply of exhibition stands to AV and streaming services. The framework set out to cover multiple events that happen each year, significantly reducing resources associated with procurement processes.
Lot Information
Shell scheme exhibitor stands
Lot 1 was intended to covered traditional exhibitor display structures. Additional information: The intention was to award this lot (Lot 1) to a minimum of 3 suppliers (maximum of 5).
Options: The framework is for an initial period of 2 years with the option to extend for a further 2 years in total.
Complete exhibitor packagesLot 2 intended to cover complete exhibitor packages. Additional information: The intention was to award Lot 2 a minimum of 3 suppliers (maximum of 5) for the duration of the framework.
Options: The Framework will be for an initial period of 2 years with the option to extend for a further 2 years in total.
Bespoke stands and bespoke space buildsLot 3 was intended to cover bespoke stands and bespoke space builds. Additional information: The intention was to award Lot 3 to a minimum of 3 suppliers (maximum of 5) for the duration of the framework.

Audio visual (AV) equipment and associated servicesLot 4 was intended to cover audio visual (AV) equipment and associated services. Additional information: The intention was to award this lot (lot 4) to a single contractor.
