Framework Agreement for the Supply, Distribution and Installation of Water Coolers and Vending Machines
Notice Description
Hampshire County Council invites applications from suitably experienced organisations who wish to be considered for selection to tender for the Supply, Distribution and Installation of Water Coolers and Vending Machines. The Framework will commence on 1st July 2023 and will be for a period of 4 years. Interested parties should register their interest in the project via the InTend website https://intendhost.co.uk/hampshire, complete and submit the tender return document together with any supporting information by 14:00hrs on 13th April 2023.
Lot Information
Hot Drinks Machines
Supply, Distribution and installation of hot drinks machines including bean to cup coffee machines to include but not limited to: Latte, Cappuccino, Instant Coffee, Tea - fresh brewed, Mocha and Espresso. Contractors will also be required to provide a range of associated Maintenance Services and related Equipment.
Point of Use Water Coolers including Water FountainsSupply, Distribution and Installation of a range of free-standing, wall mounted, table top and under counter Water Cooler Solutions. Contractors will also be required to provide a range of associated Maintenance Services and related Equipment.
Bottled Water CoolersSupply, Distribution and installation of a range of free-standing, and tabletop Water Cooler Solutions and the supply of a range of sizes and types of water bottles. Contractors will also be required to provide a range of associated Maintenance Services and related Equipment
Cold Drinks MachinesSupply, Distribution and installation of a range of bottled drinks machines. Contractors will also be required to provide a range of associated Maintenance Services and related Equipment.
Snack and Combination MachinesSupply, Distribution and Installation of a range of Vending Solutions including cold drinks (including equipment which can dispense 500ml bottles and 330ml cans), snacks (including equipment which can dispense a range of: crisps, chocolate bars, wafers, flapjacks, cake bars and healthier snack choices) and combination solutions which will include cold drinks and snacks. Contractors will also be required to provide a range of associated Maintenance Services and related Equipment.
