These audits can be impacted by a variety of environmental factors, with Auditors encountering poor internet network connectivity due to the structural design of many establishments.<br/><br/>Tenders are invited to provide a digital solution to meet the needs of conducting a remote audit in a regulated environment. The solution will be required to work in partnership with Food Business Operators (FBO), who are wholly independent of the FSA, due to that the software should be able to use in any phone, table and computer.",
