The notification will provide full information on the award decision, the standstill period, which will be for a minimum of 10 calendar days, this provides time for organisations to scrutinize the award decision before any contracts are entered into i.e. the end of the standstill period will be 12th June 2023. Public Contract Regulations 2015 (SINO102) provides for aggrieved parties who have been harmed or who are at risk of harm by a breach of the regulations to take action in the high court (England, Wales, Scotland & Northern Ireland).",
