North Kesteven District Council requires the provision of the following services in respect of their housing stock. * Call handling, tenant liaison and provision of repairs / maintenance reporting and tracking system * Pre-Repair Inspection Services * Supply of labour and / or materials to provide a general / minor repairs and maintenance service (excluding heating) * Cleaning, decoration and works to void properties * Disabled Adaptations (e.g., level floor wet rooms, including design) * Decoration scheme for tenants * Cyclical and planned works (e.g., kitchens and bathroom replacements)

North Kesteven District Council requires the provision of the following services in respect of their housing stock. * Call handling, tenant liaison and provision of repairs / maintenance reporting and tracking system * Pre-Repair Inspection Services * Supply of labour and / or materials to provide a general / minor repairs and maintenance service (excluding heating) * Cleaning, decoration and works to void properties * Disabled Adaptations (e.g., level floor wet rooms, including design) * Decoration scheme for tenants * Cyclical and planned works (e.g., kitchens and bathroom replacements)

Renewal: It is anticipated that the contract shall be let for a period of 5 years, with the option to extend by 2 further periods of 5 years each.
