DoJ Opening and Closing of Interface Security Gates
Notice Description
The Department of Justice (DoJ) has responsibility for a number of security gates in Belfast and Derry / Londonderry. One lot is for the provision of a service to open and close security gates in north and west Belfast, at the times set out in the mandatory requirements. A second lot is the provision of a service to open and close six security gates in Derry, in close proximity to the intersection of Bishop Street and Derry's Walls, at the times set out in the mandatory requirements.

Lot 1 Belfast Security Gates
The Department of Justice (DoJ) has responsibility for a number of security gates in Belfast and Derry / Londonderry. One lot is for the provision of a service to open and close security gates in north and west Belfast, at the times set out in the mandatory requirements. Options: Initial Period: two years. Extension: one period of one year

Victims with complex needs including mental health and addiction issuesThe Department wishes to appoint a Contractor(s) for the provision of support services for potential adult victims of modern slavery who have been subjected to any form of modern slavery, including victims of human trafficking or victims of slavery, servitude or forced and compulsory labour. The support service will also extend to children. Under the current contract, on occasion children have also been recovered with adults, albeit they are not necessarily potential victims. The Department wishes to replicate provision for children under the new contract so as to comply with Article 8 of the European Convention Human Rights (ECHR), the right to a family life. Additional information: Lot 3 not awarded, no bids received.
Options: Total Duration: up to seven years. Initial Period: three years. Extensions: two periods of two years each
