    Added Value Portal t/a Pagabo, acting on behalf of Red Kite Learning Trust, wish to establish a national framework of Providers of professional services to Academies in England. The framework will cover but will not be limited to the provision of Legal, Audit (internal and external), Data Protection, Health and Safety, HR and Payroll services. The Framework Agreement will be established for a period of 2 years, with the option to extend for up to a further 2 periods of 12 months.     To establish a framework of Suppliers capable of supplying a range of professional services for academies within the UK public sector (Unrelated to the Pagabo National Framework for Professional Services in Construction and Premises 2020). The framework will cover but will not be limited to the provision of legal, audit, banking services and consultancy services.
