Lot Information
Lot 1 Provision of a Carnival Parade / Pageant
Belfast City Council wishes to appoint a Contractor for the development and delivery of Events as part of the St Patrick's Celebrations, Lot 1 - Provision of a Carnival Parade / Pageant. Additional information: Minimum value range of GBP 95 000.00 to a maximum range of GBP 285 000.00 which has been calculated based on a 1 year contract through to a maximum 3 year contract.
Renewal: The Contract shall be for the period of 1 year with the option to renew on an annual basis for a further two years (up to 24 months).
Lot 2 - A City Centre Weekend Music Programme.Belfast City Council wishes to appoint a Contractor for the development and delivery of Events as part of the St Patrick's Celebrations, Lot 2 - A City Centre Weekend Music Programme. Additional information: Minimum value range of GBP 70 000.00 to a maximum range of GBP 210 000.00 which has been calculated based on a 1 year contract through to a maximum 3 year contract.
Renewal: The Contract shall be for the period of 1 year with the option to renew on an annual basis for a further two years (up to 24 months).
