Notice Description

YPO are looking for a Provider to be appointed onto a Contract for the provision of Digital Web Application Development and Support for YPO's main website(s) and wider digital activities. The Contract is designed to meet the needs of YPO and any of YPO's wholly owned associated or subsidiary companies.

YPO appointed a Provider a Contract for the provision of Digital Web Application Development and Support for YPO's main website(s) and wider digital activities.

Options: The Contract will cover the period from 22 January 2024 to 21 January 2027 with an optional extension of 1 year. The decision to extend the Contract will be taken by January 2026 and will be dependent on satisfactory completion of all aspects of the Contract to date, the current market conditions and YPO's contracting structures. The maximum contract period will therefore be 4 years, from 22 January 2024 to 21 January 2028 (subject to an annual review, incorporating price negotiations and KPI performance).

Renewal: There is a possibility that this Framework will be subject to renewal after 3.5 years from the commencement date
