Lot Information

Minimum requirements areCoffee supply in various formats; beans, ground, bulk-brewSupply of good quality teas Supply of good quality hot chocolateProvision of a high standard of trainingAbility to supply a wide range of machinery for use within student dining halls (traditional vending not required)Full servicing and maintenance for any machinery / equipment provided.

Options: The framework will be in place for 2 years with the option to extend for a further 2 x 12 months period. This willbe subject to performance.

Renewal: The framework will be in place for 2 years with the option to extend for a further 2 x 12 months period. This willbe subject to performance.

Lot 2 - Retail, Hot Beverage Ingredients, equipment and associated coffee shop products.

Minimum requirements Coffee supply in various formats; beans, ground, bulk-brewSupply of good quality teas in both leaf and bag formatSupply of good quality hot chocolateSupply of various syrups and seasonal drinks ingredientsAbility to deliver seasonal promotions in line with high street offerings.Provision of a high standard of Barista trainingAbility to supply a wide range of machinery for use within Cafes and other retail locations. May be a requirement for full/super automated machines with payment facility.Full servicing and maintenance for any machinery / equipment provided. Provision of branding & marketing materialsFOC marketing materials including price boards, loyalty cards etc a minimum of once per annum.

Options: Option to extend agreement by 2 x 12 month extensions. This will be subject to performance.
