EEM are conducting this tender exercise to procure both Electrical Repairs, Maintenance and Installation and Mechanical & Engineering to replace our existing Framework which expires on 1st March 2024.

Efficiency East Midlands (EEM Ltd) is a procurement consortium which establishes and manages a range of frameworks and DPS agreements. Our membership has now grown to over 300 members including organisations providing services to the whole public sector including housing associations, local authorities, NHS Trusts, Education Providers and Emergency Services. The main requirements under the EEM Electrical Repairs, Maintenance & Installation Lot 1 Framework is to provide the following services for electrical repairs, rewires and Periodic Testing on all identified electronic installations as well as the installation of electric heating, PAT Testing and assist with solar maintenance to be readily available across the areas that we cover either by direct award or via mini competition. All successful bidders from this Frameworks must be able to cover the services below as a minimum but not limited to: *EICR Tests and Inspections *PAT Testing *Solar Photovoltaic (PV Installation & Maintenance) *Repairs and Replacement of equipment *Electrical Installation and re-wires *Electrical Heating The main requirements under the EEM Mechanical & Engineering Lot 2 Framework is to provide the following services for air conditioning, air handling and heat recovery units, ventilation to be readily available across the areas that we cover either by direct award or via mini competition. All successful bidders from this Frameworks must be able to cover the services below as a minimum but not limited to: *Air Conditioning *Air Handling and Heat Recovery Units *Ventilation *Heat Pump and Air Cooled Condensing Units *Lifts *High Voltage * Switchgear Maintenance and additional services to be decided. This may be subject to change. For more information on EEM and our offering please visit: https://eem.org.uk/ The contract value is based on our current number of members, framework requirements at this stage of the process and over the 4 year term, it is subject to change and is an estimated value. Interested organisations are encouraged to register for a supplier account with Delta (https://www.delta-esourcing.com/) and email; tenders@eem.org.uk to confirm their organisation is registered and would like to be included on the tender invite list. Additional information: This is a PIN to inform the market of our intention to run a tender process to establish an Electrical & Mechanical Framework.
