A digital care record/e scheduling system for use in our health and social care day services. The Contract shall commence in August 2024 and will be for a period of 3 years with one option to extend for a further period of 24 months (3+2).

Renewal: A three year initial term, with one option to renew commencing on 1st April 2027 and ending on 31st March 2029.
