Notice Description
LBE sought solutions from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to enter into a long-term partnering arrangement for the delivery of Domestic Gas Heating servicing and maintenance. The intention is to enter into a contract with the successful contractor for an initial period of 3 years, with the option to extend to up to 5 years in single year increments.
Lot Information
Lot 1 - North
LBE sought solutions from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to enter into a long-term partnering arrangement for the delivery of Domestic Gas Heating servicing and maintenance. The intention is to enter into a contract with the successful contractor for an initial period of 3 years, with the option to extend to up to 5 years in single year increments. The value of Lot 1 is PS3.75m (excluding VAT).
Options: Two Extensions of x 1 year are available to the contracting authority.
Lot 2 - SouthLBE sought solutions from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to enter into a long-term partnering arrangement for the delivery of Domestic Gas Heating servicing and maintenance. The intention is to enter into a contract with the successful contractor for an initial period of 3 years, with the option to extend to up to 5 years in single year increments. The value of Lot 2 is PS3.25m (excluding VAT).
Options: Extensions of 2 x 1 year are available to the contracting authority.
