Notice Description
Nottinghamshire County Council (the Council) is seeking tenders, on behalf of Ashfield District Council (ADC) for a single Contractor to carry out the Domestic Property Health & Safety Check / Service (PH&SC/S) programme to domestic properties owned by ADC. The Contractor will be required to carry out the Domestic Property Health & Safety Check / Service (PH&SC/S) programme to domestic properties owned by ADC. These works will include completing essential safety checks within a domestic dwelling such as: * Gas servicing and safety checks * Domestic electrical inspections * Smoke alarm tests * CO alarm installation and testing * Unvented hot water storage cylinders * Air to air unit servicing and repair * Heat Interface Units
