NHS Blood and Transplant wishes to engage with the market to gain insight into appointing an expert supplier to partner with us on Project 3 of our Forward Together Programme. Therefore, we are looking to hold a market engagement event on Friday 17th November starting at 10 am. We need a supplier who can identify our deeper needs, design, and deliver a comprehensive organisation-wide learning and development solution, and provide strategies and tools to practice and embed intentionally inclusive and anti-racist behaviours across our organisation.<br/>The solution needs to include topics such as anti-racism, racial equity, social justice, civility, cultural intelligence, and active bystander and inclusion as a minimum.
