This contract will be to provide: >A three-star gas service for a number of EMH (EMH Housing and Regeneration, and EMH Care and Support) properties >A three-star gas service for all Rural Housing Association properties >A service to cover emergency faults and issues with systems maintained by EMH Housing and Regeneration's In-house Maintenance Services ('IMS') outside of operational hours

This contract will be to provide: >A three-star gas service for all properties listed shown within the asset register >Services that fall outside of the scope of the three star service, include ad-hoc installations >A service to cover emergency faults and issues with systems maintained by EMH Housing and Regeneration's In-house Maintenance Services ('IMS') outside of their operational hours. Renewal: The contract term will be from 1 April 2024 until 31 March 2028, with option to extend for a further four 12 month periods until a maximum of 31 March 2032. All extension periods shall be agreed in writing, no later than three months prior to the expiry of the contract.
