Notice Description
Northern Ireland Water and its subsidiaries are procuring a Contract for its Network Maintenance Programme to deliver Water and Wastewater Network Maintenance and Associated Services. This programme will deliver improvements, repairs and maintenance services across their water and wastewater network for the PC21 and PC27 Price Control periods. This contract will be split into the following 4 lots: Lot 1 - Water and Wastewater Networks Improvements Repairs and Maintenance Services, Lot 2 - Wastewater Network Cleaning and Maintenance and Associated Services, Lot 3 - Desludging of Septic Tanks and Lot 4 - New Development and Metering Infrastructure (Installation and Maintenance).

Water and Wastewater Networks Improvements Repairs and Maintenance Services
Northern Ireland Water and its subsidiaries are procuring a Contract for its Network Maintenance Programme to deliver Water and Wastewater Network Maintenance and Associated Services. This programme will deliver improvements, repairs and maintenance services across their water and wastewater network for the PC21 and PC27 Price Control periods. . Lot 1 Water and Wastewater Networks Improvements Repairs and Maintenance Services . All information as stated at section II.1.4 will apply to all Lots. . A brief summary of the scope of works and services to be delivered under Lot 1:- . - Watermains, fittings, communication pipe & supply pipe repairs; - Repair/install various lengths of watermain using trenchless techniques; - Fittings installations, communication pipe & supply pipe replacement; - Street furniture repairs; - Temporary and permanent reinstatement of road openings; - Major incident and operational support; - Supply and laying of watermains and sewers; - Minor water & sewer network improvements including local network reinforcement; - Plant hire with/without operatives. . This is subject to amendment and full details on the scope for each Lot and range of services to be delivered will be included in the PQQ documents. Additional information: A Pre-Tender Information Session to inform the market of our procurement strategy for this opportunity and an insight to the social value requirements for the Contract will be held by NI Water on Monday 15th January 2024 from 10.00-12.00 at the following location: FRC 1st Floor Conference Room.
