This notice is for prior information only. The services required are a provider of an evidence-based and quality assured intervention which the perpetrator must attend as a mandatory condition of a caution. This service must fulfil the pre-conditions specified in the CPS guidance. The second service is for a domestic abuse specialist service case worker/s to provide support to victim/survivors throughout the pilot for enhanced risk assessment and ongoing monitoring and support. The pilot will be evaluated by MOPAC’s Evidence and Insight team and will contribute to the local evidence base on what works to hold perpetrators of domestic abuse to account. The tender will be for a maximum combined value of £450,000 for a one-year contract with an option to extend for one year. CITB’s Skills & Training in the UK Construction Industry survey has been running since 2008; this iteration of the survey will be the eighth wave. The original survey was commissioned because although there was a wealth of surveys1 on employers skill needs both within the construction industry and nationally; it was thought that none of these provided data representative of the whole construction industry. This year we would like to further develop the Skills & Training survey to incorporate analysis from other relevant surveys (such as those discussed above) on skill issues and commitment to workforce development. Thereby creating an effective single source of evidence representative of the current issues regarding skills and training within the UK construction industry. Without commissioning this research, there would be a gap in the evidence base which is used by CITB to make key strategic decisions.

Flagship Group would like to appoint suppliers to deliver its entire asbestos removal strategy, this will include works to seal, repair, or remove asbestos containing material identified in asbestos surveys. ​The current housing stock consists of almost 33,000 properties that are owned and managed by Flagship Group, with approximately 21,000 that were constructed pre-2000. These are spread over a wide geographical area in East Anglia (see Appendix D), and approximately 62,000 repairs are carried out each year by Flagship Group’s directly employed operatives and contractors, Flagship Services.
