Damp Proof Services
Notice Description
The contract covers attending to Council owned properties to conduct a damp survey following a referral from the CIC Team. Following a survey, the incumbent will supply a full detailed report (as set out in the Service Requirements) which details their findings and any remediation works required. Remediation costs will also be supplied. Once the CIC Team gives the incumbent authorisation to proceed with the works, the incumbent will be responsible for arranging access with the tenant, carrying out all the works in line with our Service Requirements as well as liaising with tenant at pre-commencement stage to ensure a smooth transition of works with minimal disruption to both the incumbent and the tenant. The incumbent will be responsible for all management, supervision and Health and Safety costs associated with each job.
