The Combined Authority wishes to engage an organisation to devise and deliver a programme of activity to promote poetry, creative literacy and pathways to the creative industries within primary and secondary schools in West Yorkshire. The programme will be launched during a 'West Yorkshire Poetry Week' in spring/summer 2024, in 694 primary schools and 195 secondary schools across the region, with 30 face-to-face sessions targeted at those schools where pupils face barriers to participation.
